Why do the atheists on this forum give a comic book interpretation of religion?
Somehow atheists on this forum don't seem eager to learn about religion. Rather, they pick a silly version of a religion and criticize that. That's not bringing anything.
I have learned about many religions and they all still seem comical to me.

What is Christ's view on comic books?
As a christian and comic book reader, I wonder how the two match up. I want to know what Jesus thinks of me reading comic books. Please, don't leave comments that don't answer the question. If you want to argue, blog about it or go to a forum. I just want a straight answer. And, my denomination is Baptist.
HAHA. You tried to make a funny. Now, can anyone answer this question seriously, preferably with quotes from the Bible. Any REAL help is appreciated.

My dad is a retired Baptist minister and has been collecting them for his grandsons for years. We don't read them, we collect them, so we try to keep them in mint condition.
The Bible tells us whatever we do, do it to the glory of God. If you can read comic books and don't think it takes away from the glory of God, then enjoy them. Hope that helps.
