What are these effects called an how do I do them?
Basically I like making and editing pictures on my computer and I'm trying to Create styles similar to these in the pictures or if I could just have the names of them (official names).

Your question is a little vague, sorry :S
But i hope i can still help.
None of these images have a necessary "effect", but if you're referring to the theme, i can help.
The first is an Anarchy symbol, drawn with a "Punk/grunge" style.
And the edges around the photo are "Beveled"
The second one is obviously a stamper, and you can achieve a similar theme by clever use of color and positioning. But drawing the outside of the stamp is something you will have to do yourself.
Download a stamper theme from http://www.dafont.com
And the style on the shirt is Grunge, or punk. Custom photoshop brushes can make you make the effect of paint splatters and such.

If you could share your leftovers with someone less fortunate... would you.?
Just found a website called replate.org that is trying to spread the concept of leaving your fast food leftovers in a bag on top of instead of in the trash can. This way, those less fortunate and hungry don't have to resort to digging through the trash for food. There's also posters you can print from the site to spread the idea... and you can send a stamped envelope to get bumper stickers promoting the concept and cause. Spread the word... helping your neighbor can be that simple!!!!
Spread the word and start leaving your leftovers (in a bag or box) on top of the trash outside that restaraunt instead of letting it waste away IN the garbage. Help feed someone today!!!!
that does seem like a good idea but wouldnt resturants get mad with all the bags on top of the garbage?? i would do like the girl said above, just buy them something, however i would never give $ out..... i never mind feeding someone thats hungry...
