What is the dress that serena wears in "a handmaid's tale" on gossip girl?
I love the t.v. show gossip girl and i especially love their fashion style.
Prom is coming up and i wanted to get a dress made that looks similar to the one serena (blake lively) wears in the first season "a handmaid's tale."
It's the masquerade ball that blair is throwing and serena is wearing this really nice yellow dress, i have pics of it.

My question is, who is the original designer so i can get better pics of the dress to show the dress maker, and where can i get a blak furry jacket like she wears??
Please help me.
It's from the Valentino Spring 2007 Collection. No idea what the shrug is from though, sorry =/.
